This property couldn’t be more perfect. It was very comfortable, close to everything and the owner is amazing. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back, trying other places to stay is not necessary. We would highly recommend for a girls weekend trip – as that is what we did. We picked perfect dates (Sept 25-27) – weather ended up being 75-78 (gorgeous time). I will be telling everyone about it. It is close to everything and still quiet at night. Golf cart rentals are also close, the general store, and almost everything you could possibly need. Can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely love the floor plan for this unit. It allows a private Master on the main level with a comfortable bed and laundry outside this master. The open living / dining room concept with large outside deck gives plenty of room for entertaining. Upstairs offers another master suite and third full bath for the additional 2 rooms to share. There is a half bath downstairs so every room can be assigned their own facility.
Being on a corner unit with nobody above gives a sense of private home to the stay. This unit is also close to the front, the pool, and the easy access to activities.

We were very pleased with this condo. We have stayed in a few others over many years and decided we need a larger place than usual. This condo was perfect. Well appointed and very comfortable. We were there during the pandemic and felt comfortable at the condo and on the Island. We hope to stay again next year!

Once again,, we had a wonderful time with family and friends in this condo. We were able to enjoy the island safely.. The location is convenient, the unit is roomy, and there are plenty of bicycle racks. This year with COVID, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms contributed to an enjoyable week.

Just stayed for the week at the ALVAR RETREAT. Another great week on the island. This is not the first time I stayed there. The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with any pot, pan or utensil you may need. I plan on going back next year. Perfect location.

My husband and I have rented condo 9a for many years. Our family has been coming to Kelleys Island every other year for about 18 years. Condo 9a is perfect for our family. Even though it is close to “downtown” it feels quiet and secluded. We cook most of our meals so we depend on a kitchen stocked with the essentials, and a good outdoor grill. This condo has all that. There is a good Wi-Fi connection which is especially appreciated by the kids and grandkids. We continue to recommend this condo to our friends.

This is a perfect location close to every thing in downtown KI. The pool is great for kids. The condo had plenty of space and everything you will need for you stay. I would stay here again.

This condo development is in a great location on the island, has a heated pool. This particular unit has plenty of space, and is well stocked. Owners very thorough with unit instructions. Would highly recommend!

Location is great! Walk to all the bars and restaurants. The townhome is very clean look forward to staying again next year
