To make a reservation, we require a $400.00 security deposit to hold your dates. The deposit is refundable as long as nothing is damaged and none of the lease agreement rules are breached, however the deposit does not act as a down payment. The rental fee and all applicable taxes are due in full four weeks prior to arrival (Erie County Lodging Tax 4% and Kelleys Island Lodging Tax 2%)
