Condo 9F – Island Away is an End-Unit Overlooking the Farm, featuring spectacular sunset skies out the back slider! This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 guests and is conveniently located just steps from Downtown and the Associations Pool and Recreation Area.
This unit functions as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with the Master on first floor (QUEEN), a 2nd floor Loft which has a King and Queen Futon and 3rd kids-bedroom with lower ceiling located through the 2nd floor bathroom (2 twins). Linens are NOT provided (sheets, pillow cases and towels), unless requested.
Due to owner’s allergies, smoking inside or allowing pets inside unit will result in forfeiture of $400 deposit.

The owners require a $400 security deposit (unless otherwise noted) along with a signed lease agreement to reserve your dates. The deposit is refundable as long as nothing is damaged and none of the lease agreement rules are breached, however the deposit does not act as a down payment. The rental fee and all applicable taxes are due in full four weeks prior to arrival (Erie County Lodging Tax 4% and Kelleys Island Lodging Tax 2%)
Deposits are returned 10-14 days after departure.
Payments can be made via personal check (as long as it is at least 30 days prior to arrival), cashiers check or money order only. Credit cards are not accepted.
Please note, linens are not provided (sheets, pillow cases and towels).
